You can submit your complaint anonymously. However, you can only get a response if you give us at least an email address.
If you would like a copy of your report, either enter an e-mail address or print out the form after submitting it.

After processing, all data will be deleted or anonymized in such a way that it can no longer be assigned to your person.
The consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. You can contact the social welfare office in writing, by telephone or by email. You may have to prove your identity. The previous processing remains unaffected by this.
If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
If incorrect personal data are processed, you can request their correction (Art. 16 GDPR).
You can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
Under the conditions of Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to data portability. If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, we will check whether the legal requirements for this are met.
