Liebertwolkwitz goes back in time
Liebertwolkwitz is also going to be fascinating: With more than 420 costumes and props, the entire village will go back in time, representing authentic persons that used to live in this village. There will be historical craftsmen to see and experience ranging from broom makers, distillers, carters, ladder makers and wreath makers to rope makers, wagon-makers and master carpenters. Reenacted authentic scenes such as the perpetration of crimes and court hearings, historical children's games, guided tours, demonstrations by the local surgeon, story time on the granary, hobbyhorse-making, writing with feather quills, folly and jugglery of travelling folk as well as a historical clothes exhibition will all contribute to recreating the atmosphere.
